During export supecomp will randomly merge them, jump sizes as if its mixing up frames, it will suddenly have one of its glows cover the image some layers will disappear or appear incorrectly in front of the wrong ones, and most crazy of all it will include layers in the composition that are not included in the supercomp layer. They need to be precomped for Supercomp to work with them of course.
